Avoca Construction Ltd Cares about “The Voice of the Customer”

The objective of this policy is to convey the message of a continual commitment to Quality throughout the Company, including our Customers and Supply Chain Structure.

The Company Quality Assurance Manager leads the Group Management commitment with strategic implementation and continual improvement while we work towards BS EN ISO 9001:2015 (leading from the previous version BS EN ISO 9001:2008) Quality Management System. Thus providing a framework as the principal standards of high customer focus and degree of Process and Systems excellence.

For our customers, in context of Sustainable Continuous Improvement – the efficiency and effectiveness of Integrated Project and Programme Assurance Framework, ensures confidence toward continual successful outcomes of Projects, whilst the cost of negative impacts are identified and significantly reduced at all stages within the Programme.

The Company are proactive in the objectives that underpin the Quality Strategy (2020/2021), as per the following:-

  • Within the next 12 months continuing proactive continuous improvement regarding Key Company Processes, to enhance tangible value to the business by eliminating waste, (whilst working towards the newer revision of the BS EN ISO 9001:2015 certification).
  • Within the next 12 months to provide the sustained leadership in the Continuous Professional Development of Company workforce, (with a focus on digital technologies and upgrading of business processes to support successful Project Management).
  • Through 2020–2021 to provide wide-ranging collaboration within the organisation and Supply Chain, to continue implementation maturity with the process and the principles of Business Information Modelling, (BIM). Supporting organisational Projects with an effective backbone of Information Management.

Developing people is seen as the key-asset to sustaining a thriving business in the pursuit of a caring approach to Internal and External Customers. This will remain throughout future policy reviews, to be a central link to the strategic aims and objectives of the Company.
