    • Inclusive of the (RISQS Achilles) Network Railways requirements,
  • To ensure that the company satisfies training needs created by organisational growth, change, accelerating business technology, increasing competition and legislation.
  • To ensure that all our staff are skilled and competent and that we are able to demonstrate these capabilities to external bodies.
  • To identify training needs through analysis which can support the formulation of a training budget.
  • To ensure training needs are met promptly and effectively.
  • To ensure that the training bodies the company engages are competent and fully qualified.
  • To ensure that all training meets the objectives of the business, the employees, is effective and the outcome is demonstrable.
  • To encourage feedback from employees on training courses.
  • To encourage individuals to develop their skills and competencies.
  • To encourage individuals to make suggestions that will also be beneficial to the company.
  • To meet industry best practice in all its training related activities.
